Here for OU vs Mississippi State B-Ball. Excellent breakfast selection . The gravy is unique and very savory. Try the fried green tomatoes. A great breakfast.

My girlfriend and I love the breakfast here. We are pretty much there every Saturday morning. The space is very welcoming and the staff is really nice. They are especially considerate when it comes to owning up to a mistake. There have been at least 2 instances where either my food took to long or it was incorrect. However both the staff and management are quick to fix their issues and make sure everything is in order. Great service! Will continue to come here!

We arrived before 930am and didn't get any food until after 11am. The waitress was not apologetic. The manager was, but he didn't offer any explanation as to why our food took so long. They did end up heavily discounting our meal, but it didn't make up for the apathy and lack of hustle even after we complained. That being said, the atmosphere was really beautiful and the food was good, but we won't be going back.

A great place to eat and work. Had breakfast and was great. We came here again around 3pm with my colleague to have a quick drink and work for a little while before we hit the airport. They said all the drinks are on us and didn’t let us pay the bill. They are very generous and know how to treat their customers. Will definitely come back here again.

FLINT is an excellent restaurant in downtown Oklahoma City. Our server, Elliot, was kind, patient, and respectful. The brunch menu had many great choices (I got the FLINT Benedict; the bacon was top!) and the FLINT Ice Tea was great. The bill was quite reasonable for the quality of the food, staff, and atmosphere. Overall, expectations were exceeded. Great place!

Food was excellent. We spoke with the head chef who asked us if we had any questions about the menu. Very pleasant. Was able to swap the cheese grits for the FABULOUS mac n cheese and flat iron steak. My first time eating there and will eat again.

Nice, clean, good food, our waiter was outstanding. The hostess could have been more hospitable. Family friendly, live music, parking is limited.

Delicious! Best breakfast food I’ve had all year. Highly recommend the Pot Roast Hash if you’re in the mood for something savory, or the Vanilla and Cinnamon French Toast if you’d rather something sweet. But seriously that Pot Roast Hash... yum!

Atmosphere was pleasant in middle December and warm the morning we went. The Beef Breakfast hash was Amazing! The Fancier French toast was moderately good, and the candied sweet potatoes side was sub-par. Service was good.

This is my first trip to OKC and went to Flint due to its convenient location to the convention center. This spot is modern and stylish yet not too uptight. The laid back atmosphere and design of their booths and decor give off a relaxing vibe. I had lunch and breakfast here and both were fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate coming back for dinner. The service is on point and very attentive. The food is a bit pricey but the atmosphere and service quality sure make up for it.
